      The item was described as being brand new in box, but the box was missing part of the original sales box. It was also shipped in a packing envelope with no additional protection, and as such it arrived damaged when it finally did arrive. The description also indicated that it was being shipped "express shipping" from New York, when in fact it shipped from Canada. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, and then as indicated above, arrived damaged.

      When I purchased this item on 8/22, I was given a quick ship date. When there was no info on the tracking number ( this was on 8/25, I was told there was a problem with the shipping label and that the seller had to go retrieve the item and reship. After that, there was still days in between with no movement through the network. I contacted the seller again 2 times and there was no reply. No communication whatsoever! I just got the package today - 14 days after ordering it.
