    Place 2 orders without realizing that both items were being offered by the same vendor. Couldn't figure out why I was given a partial refund until both items arrived packaged together. The refund was for one set of shipping costs. I wouldn't have known the difference, so the seller didn't have to do that, but it was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Both items arrived on time and in the condition advertised, and I would ABSOLUTELY do business with the seller again. :D
