    Picture shows pulleys with somewhat rust resistant finish. The received ones are plain steel or so it looks. Not an issue, had some left over hi-temp caliper paint from a restoration job and painted one. Other than that, fast delivery, good value, appears to spin nice and freely. Time will tell, but according to my history, should last 10yrs or more. Believe mine was original one and it lasted 25yrs with daily use in horse stable starting around 2005/2006
