Seller misrepresented the size of the purse by taking close up pics and providing NO measurements. No serial number is inside the purse at all. Seller states "her hand" is a sufficient way of telling the size of the purse. Also states the word "small" should be enough to describe the size. I trusted the seller would provide an accurate description and they failed!

This Karen has been absolutely horrible to deal with, the detailed photos and description were accurate, the item is genuine Fendi and I answered all of their questions. If they approached me politely I would have refunded instantly as I am confident in my listings, but because of the abuse I will let Ebay sort it out 😊 Thanks!
