Picture shows center lug is soldered or welded in place, actual product isn't. I bought this one because I purchased a similar one from a different seller that completely failed within 5 minutes.. the center lug stripped out & had to rip it off the carb because the center lug turned with the screw for the cover plate... This one seems to be designed better BUT not as pictured. I proactively tack welded this one before I put it on the motorcycle.
