I received exactly what the description said. I ordered two monitors, and the seller packaged them together very well so that they were well protected for the journey from California to Texas. I was concerned about scratches, given the "used" description, but it doesn't look like there are any on the screen. I also don't see any dead pixels, and the monitors connected well with the monitor mount I also bought.
