Owner claims it wasn't his product because there wasn't a red /white sticker on it. I received this item with what you see in the photo. There is a serial #, but they won't acknowledge it. Their concern is a red / white litttle dot sticker that never came with this product! During the 15 year of me consistently ordering from Ebay , I ve never had an issue until I done business with these folk. Stay away!!!
