I have informed the seller to pack the item well to avoid breakage during shipment at the very early stage of this transaction . The respond from the seller was assuring. The item took over 6 weeks to arrive and the worse thing of all was the left hand was broken during to inadequate protection by the package ( will show photos to support my allegation !) I requested for I full refund , cuz I won’t accept a broken item with what I paid for. But the seller was trying to get by with $6 refund .
