Seller was very amenable when I requested a refund. i believe she honestly did not know the jacla were plastic and not genuine turquoise stone or that other components were glass and not shell or coral. They photographed beautifully and were very nice for costume just not authentic materials. She immediately provided a return label and then promptly issued a full refund upon receipt of the returned item. I would feel confident doing business with this Seller after this very positive outcome.
