Asked for refund and return label. went back and forth over 12 times.
screen shot of UPS label was not clear, link sent for label did not work.
asked several times to email directly to me. Kept sending the same link that didn't work.
I ended up just throwing it away and took the loss.
May be a scam, or just very bad service. either way same result!

Our products are indeed new and unused. We are sorry for the problem with the product. But we provided after-sale service to the buyer at the first time according to eBay's trading rules. We provided the screenshots and PDF of the return label as requested by the buyer several times, but the buyer was unable to download it due to his own device.
