The customer received a damaged item by the post office . wrapped in the " we apologize" wrap by the post office. I explained that we could work with them to get insurance filed for this. Because obviously it's not our or their fault. However, this i guess? was not good enough for them, they didn't respond and decided to leave me negative feedback. Why? Because they are using a mail forwarding freight company and they can't file the insurance. Totally out of my control. Not my problem.
