I have been sold the wrong series and the wrong firmware than advertised for the part I ordered. It is different and cannot be used. I'm in a bind and need to resolve this issue. I have contacted the seller hoping to resolve this issue but I not heard back. I have a customer waiting for me to fix their system and now are down.
