I never receibed the plants and I have not heard back after leaving an email on eBay that I have not received the tiems ordered. I do want a full refund of all my money

On June 6 buyer messaged us and we replied back the same day. Buyer is from CA, and made a purchase in our store category PLANTS/TREES/SEEDS, they never cancelled their order. We don't ship to CA in that category. Buyer just opened their Ebay account in May 2024, no stars. We have a research case with the USPS and since its the weekend unable to get any updates at this time. Once again another negative that is out of our control with the late in transit for the delivery service.
