The movie was well packaged in a padded envelope and the case and disc were in new condition just as the seller originally described. The original 4k bluray got lost in the post (after giving it ample time to arrive) and the seller, after checking with Auspost, promptly sent out a replacement, no arguments. The replacement arrived in 5 days. The item itself was as described and packed in a padded envelope. I would not have any problems purchasing from this seller again.
