IDK WTF he said my laptop was ready to mail a week and a half ago failed to mail it but said he had a family ER in which I understood he then said you have my word you'll have it by Wed. That was 2 days ago sent numerous messages to no response until today sadly he told me his family ER turned fatal he should have replied that. Made me feel bad for asking & cancelled/refunded said item not in stock or damaged that's a lie he custom built it for me. He hot a better offer and hung me out to dry.

This is exactly why I cancelled the order. Look at you, you're using your frustration to spread unsubstantiated LIES in my feedback section. The truth of the matter is when I said I would be shipping the product out I still had my first born son. Unfortunately, he passed away that night/early the next day, and by the time I even thought about checking my messages on ebay, which isn't my main source of income, I already had many rude messages from you. I still have the product. Shame on you.

I apologize if you didn't understand the description better, but no there was never a Samsung battery advertised. This is a lenovo thinkpad laptop and came with a namebrand lenovo battery that works and holds charge. What you may be referring to is the Samsung 980 Pro 2TB NVME storage device which this computer was equipped with. The storage device alone is worth as much as you paid for the whole machine. Please read carefully before purchasing. Also, contact me with problems first!
