Your previous message Hi there, I was so excited to receive these shell vases, but when I opened them, they seemed to be coated with a thick film of dust and paste. When I touched them or picked them up, my fingers needed to be washed immediately. So I soaked them in a bath of warm water and a gentle dish soap. This somehow removed all color from the vases, and seems to have stripped them of what appeared to be a "natural" finish. The seller offered no resolution.

Please note if you look at the original picture and compare it to the “after” picture, whatever was used stripped/bleached the vases. After review of the information, the integrity of the vases were compromised in the solution that was utilized to”soak” them in and I am not liable for damages caused by the buyer.
