I'm on my 3rd day (many hours wasted) going thru HP's recommended solutions. It scans and prints fine. Printer has proper WiFi info and seems to think it is online, PC disagrees. No printouts. I've wasted enough time and money on HP products. Their online service is the most discouraging thing. It is just awful (my opinion). And I don't think they really care.
