Packaging was sub-par with no bubble wrap to protect the product. Box was damaged as well. However, great communication by the seller and we settled on a partial refund. I'm giving him a positive due to his good attitude and effort to resolve my issue.

The GOFO Express driver pulled onto our lawn (we have a paved driveway) tossed the package on our front steps (we have a covered carport with a package delivery box) then proceeded to turn around ON OUR FRONT LAWN! And yes, our front lawn was damaged. I am so upset. The seller is great, but I would recommend you find another deliver service. GOFO is garbage!
