The disc drive worked with my old sub .. but found out the sub woofer wasn't working because wasn't packed right and I didn't see fragile on it and the ups must of dropped the box.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the issue with the subwoofer. All items were packed meticulously with foam and bubble wrap layers for protection. There were two fragile stickers on each side of the box, although it seems they might have been torn off during transit. If the 10kg subwoofer is damaged due to an impact, I share your concern about how roughly it was handled. I'll investigate further with the shipping courier. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
