Mine arrived with razor blade cuts to the upholstery they would not do a partial refund of $100 for a $1,200 purchase. when I told them I didn’t want to box the entire thing back up and take to a shipper. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I GOT BURNED YOU DONT HAVE TOO. They tried to blame shipper the cuts were on the inside there was no way the shipper caused this. There was no damage to box.
