All items were packed meticulously with foam and bubble wrap layers for protection. There were two fragile stickers on each side of the box, although it seems they might have been torn off during transit. If the 10kg subwoofer is damaged due to an impact, I share your concern about how roughly it was handled. I'll investigate further with the shipping courier.
