I bought these to replace the skullcandy buds I currently was using but had stopped working properly. They arrived in the original packaging and with all the accessories from skullcandy. I charged them up completely (overnight) and used them for 2 days. Then I ran into a problem with the case and reached out to the seller. I placed the new ear buds in my old case and they're working fine but the seller hasn't replaced the case, which they said they would do. Not completely satisfied.
