    U need to pry open the existing nose clamps to pop out old and push these in. Thin screwdriver needed. On my oakley glasses the nose pad fits over the metal part. The metal part and the pad are all in one with these so all plastic. The sticky out part clips into the nose frame. Tbh I think these are better. Just remember to gentle close with pliers once u push these in.
