Apparently this company is run by senile or crack-addled individuals. Ordered a set of wiring diagrams and paid for them the same day. They created the label and then went on break. E-mails to them produced NO response after almost two weeks of the packages inactivity. It finally took a phone call to the Post Office in question to get an answer, and this is all too common of an issue with this outfit, at least once a week.
