They were wrapped individually in Styrofoam, put inside a cardboard box, then placed inside a bubble wrapped shipping envelope. I DID MY BEST, BUT ONCE IT'S IN THE HANDS OF USPS IT'S OUT OF MY CONTROL. Also, informed customer package was insured and gave him all necessary information to receive reimbursement from USPS. As always, I went above and beyond to support this customer, however some people just can't be satisfied.
