Pearl necklace was beautiful & strung well, however, I had 2 issues. The strand is not 24” & the latch is stuck so I could not open the necklace. Though vendor insists the necklace is 24”, it is more like 14-16”, which is a big difference in length; I submitted a photo to the vendor. Vendor is willing to refund me 20%, which I accept & I will be going to a jeweler to fix the latch. Vendor was accommodating & willing to work w/me.
