Advertised as VG+, record skipped and the bottom was slit. This is more like G+ or G. Attempted to put clear tape on the slit. Cleaned record but still skipping. Wanted my money back but only for a partial refund. I do this for a living-sell records and if a customer is not satisfied, I refund them end of story. I put my customers first.

Malicious activity first he altered the item then he requested refund which I complied with. Then he later demanded a full refund which I also complied with then, he left a negative feedback failing to acknowledge that he was full refunded and now has the item which is altered by him.
