I used to remove three 24” stumps from the ground. I dug around the stumps and cut every root I could find and the stumps still wouldn’t budge. Put some scrap wood against the dirt, found a hard part of the stump, than began to jack. The stump began to pop and creek and slowly it came up out of the ground. Couldn’t have done it without this jack. Used a few weeks later to remove a rotten deck post from the ground. (See picture). I wish I had a front end loader.
