The item is 3D printed, which you can tell from the pictures, which is fine, but the quality was absolutely horrible. I had to modify the mount AND my accessport cable because the opening wasn't large enough. The 3D printing was really poor quality. I'm only keeping this item because there's not another option on the market that I could find for my 04 Forester XT.

This product only works with OEM original Cobb cables, not aftermarket cables since they are a different size.
I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the finish of the product though, that is just the nature of 3D printing. I will soon be releasing a revised version of this product that includes ABS vapor smoothing, I think you will be satisfied. Let me know if you would like a replacement.
