seller sold me a locked item, not unlocked. had to ask eBay to resolve it. Also asked for a partial refund for unlocking, and no luck. here is emay to check that phone is still locked

phone was unlocked when sold. customer updated and changed something inside and locked the phone. phone unlocked before sold. i used tmobile on it while the phone is sprint. works for cdma and gsm. i also paid $80 to get an unlock code for him to unlock it. he said it didnt work. asking him to return the phone but he doesnt want you and wants a partial refund. so what are you going to do with a phone that does not work? and dont want to return it and want to keep it but want a partial refund?

- This product is fake!!, I attach the photos to prove it.
- In the first photo, there are 2 Original chargers, purchased from the Apple store. Each one has a unique serial number, which is also printed on the charger
- The other two images are of my purchase from this seller. It can be observed that all four chargers have the same serial number. Furthermore, in the last photo, it can be seen that the serial numbers on the box and the charger do not match.

im not sure what have happened. but you are more then welcome to return the items and get a full refund. i buy theses apple items wholesale and close out deals. they are 100% real. if not then then ebay would have removed my listing. other people purchased all my items and gave good feedback and its perfect.
