Used shoe boxes that barely fit an item does not make for appropriate packing. When you use packing paper and have to stuff it in to tape it shut, that is truly "hoping for the best." I'm leaving positive feedback because I'm satisfied with the item, but I truly hope you improve your packing effort. It was sheer luck that the piece wasn't damaged as the box was pushed in - it was completely inadequate and shows a lack of care for the item to arrive safely. Do better for future customers.
