    good quality, good condition, good value, and appearance just as pictured. The clamps were of good high quality and strength also I use this to prevent gas leakage in the garage in case the needle valve sticks when shutting off my lawn mower. I forget to slow down my mower engine RPMs before shutting off sometimes, and that seems to lead to the needle valve sticking. No problem any more.
