But I bought this for my scope that has a 70mm objective lens, but I hadn't read it correctly and this cover is for a scope that is 70mm at the objective lens end. So I hadn't allowed for the extra width of the scope case. Still at less than a tenner I'm just going to write down to experience, because by the time I paid for the return postage the amount of refund isn't worth worrying about.
