The item took ages to be dispatched which means it missed the 15 working day period we were advised. When chased we were sent a Lithuanian tracking link, all in a different language and gave us no idea where the parcel was. Finally we got sent a Royal Mail link after raised a 'not received item' dispute and had £55 in custom fees to pay - a lot more than we thought it would be! Item now received a month later!
