I would not have purchased the steering wheel if I had known of specific charges! These charges should be included in shipping fee! Trumps crazy tarrif scemes have made the situation as they change almost daily at his whim. No Ebay seller using Ebay export shipping can provide duty information. Again, Ebay provides and controls all Export processing steps.
