The item was never mailed. The tracking only ever showed "Tracking Number Provided" and "USPS awaiting item." I raised the issue through eBay and the seller refunded the money, but I wanted to receive the product and indicated that in the "Item Never Arrived" report. I am disappointed in the seller's performance.
