    This item was purchased and paid for on Dec. 11. Today is December 21st. No item shipment at all. I have tried to contact the seller twice with no response. I cannot get a refund from Ebay or help from them until the 23rd of December which is 12 days after my payment was received by the seller. I have purchased 4 other houses since the 11th of December and received them all. All of those purchases were from different sellers and no issues at all.
