we understand what you mean . the first contact was when we were in time away due to medical. we replied and showed it was due out by the 8th. was very clear you didnt read the time away displayed on listings or checkout. the 2nd time was unsure and we were not aware about, we looked n saw there was no tracking movement and offered a refund in full and gave this. we are sorry this happened but we never intended this
