    It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order. I messaged at two weeks for assistance, then opened a case with eBay when I did not get a response. Very disappointing given that the supplier has a good rating. I do not understand why my order hasn't shipped, but it is remaining open with no communication. Hopefully, others will have better luck, but I cannot speak to anything but a lack of communication and follow-through.
