    I purchased the watch band and is very nice I had a pin fall out and it came loose from my wrist. The next day put the pin back in and left them an email to tell them what had happened. They contacted me and sent me a brand new one to replace it I wasn’t expecting that just maybe a replacement pin or link. They have been great to work with and they sent me the new one and return shipping for the other one within a couple days. I will continue to use them in the future and thank you.
