    After 12 days with no shipping, I asked to cancel my order. Seller claimed it โ€œjust shippedโ€ and told me to refuse delivery. Next day tracking still hasnโ€™t updated and again I canceled my order. They said they stopped shipment and would refund me by dayโ€™s end, but didnโ€™t. I followed up again next day to get my refund. They promised 20 free DVD cases for the โ€œhassleโ€ over two weeks later, still nothing. I originally ordered 3 sets of the dvds cases.
