      The buyer placed an order using a third-party shipping service, listing a U.S. address for delivery. We fulfilled the order to the specified address, after which the buyer arranged for the parts to be shipped internationally. It’s possible the rotor was damaged in transit, and if not, it’s unusual that the buyer proceeded with installation despite noticing it was bent. Regardless, we promptly responded to the buyer’s report.
