I assumed it was a band. I took it apart, and yes, the band was broken. Repaired it the best I could. I'm giving a neutral ONLY because I suspected something was up even though the description said that it was "fully tested". This was not something that could've been missed. The CD player works so I assist the door open and it closes unassisted. I'll get it.
