    Buyer bought filter kit from us under different username. Started a return request, STOLE ALL new items that we sent & returned a used filter. We blocked this buyers account & notified ebay. EBAY SIDED WITH US, gave us our money back, & removed this buyers feedback.Buyer used THIS different account & attempted to BUY THE SAME ITEM AGAIN after they claimed the last was incorrect. We immediately BLOCKED this account & notified them that we would not ship this item.Refunded buyer & she got mad
