These are the best running shoes I’ve ever had. I always thought the more cushioning was the way to go.
Turns out a tougher sole is way better for running on road.
I was always a phenomenal runner. Did the mile in 5.35 when I was younger.
Now I’m in my 50s and gained a few pounds. Wanted to start running again and couldn’t find anything that would help me do that.
