Maybe with better quality ( thicker material), they would be easier to use. Brace keeps creeping down ,so strap rubs on knee cap and that HURTS. But brace seems to work as intended if you once get it installed and keep hiking it up. Got me through the knee ordeal for cheap,anyway.
