Seller said I could return the item but asked why it took me 5 days to report it. I responded that that 5 days after received the package is a reasonable time to notify. I said I can still use the bottom part & asked if I would have to pay a shipping fee. Seller did not respond. When I asked again, the seller suggested the item was not the one he sent me, claiming his was a new gift. The item sent was never baked in but the photos sent to me of the top depict an older unit with small white cracks in the ceramic depicting another vesel not the one I sold. It seems like you wanted a partial refund and to still keep the item. Very suspicious so I told you to contact eBay because I believe fraudulent activity here. There was no way this item would have been cracked on shipping due to the
