I asked her to send me pictures. She would not and now she leaves negative feedback. It looks to me like she ordered it and she didn’t like the colour and now she wants to return it so I’ve never had any problem beforeand I very clearly asked her to send pictures so how is that deceiving as a seller until I have pictures of an item and then somebody wants a refund. It’s kind of wrong wouldn’t you say because there’s no picture and she’s threatening me fb

It apparently comes from China because it’s one of the Sheen items and it was blocked by the carrier because of us tariffs issues believe back to me, but I’m not sure I will get it because it is requesting customs duties so I’m going on Thursday and I’m gonna check and see what the issue is and then I will probably ship out another one, but I have already told this lady there’s nothing I can do about it because it has to do withthe bureaucracy going on out of my hands.
