    I told this lady it was new as described. I asked her to send me pictures. She would not and now she leaves negative feedback. It looks to me like she ordered it and she didn’t like the colour and now she wants to return it so I’ve never had any problem beforeand I very clearly asked her to send pictures so how is that deceiving as a seller until I have pictures of an item and then somebody wants a refund. It’s kind of wrong wouldn’t you say because there’s no picture and she’s threatening me fb

    I have tried to contact the seller but the page for that won't let me leave a message. I don't know how to fix or work around the problem. What the Seller needs to know is my bottle of Claire's Ear Care arrived in a torn mailing envelope, dirty, smashed and Empty. Why wasn't this packed in Bubble Wrap inside a Box!!!

    First of all, that’s impossible that they tried leaving me a message because you’re able to leave feedback, but you’re not able to leave a message or open up a return kind of sad that they just left feedback and not even inquired about how to fix it. firstly I have postal insurance And if anything is lost stolen or damaged it’s covered but firstly, you have to open the return and only then I can start and fix it which this person neglected the whole process and just did what they wanted to do

    Item is still in transit. It apparently comes from China because it’s one of the Sheen items and it was blocked by the carrier because of us tariffs issues believe back to me, but I’m not sure I will get it because it is requesting customs duties so I’m going on Thursday and I’m gonna check and see what the issue is and then I will probably ship out another one, but I have already told this lady there’s nothing I can do about it because it has to do withthe bureaucracy going on out of my hands.
