      The unit would not properly shut off as it should, and would not retain the steering wheel controls as it also should have done. Finally after over a week of back and forth with the seller (at one point they wanted me to find a repair shop for this brand new stereo) i was finally able to ship back

      Canbus features did not work out of the box. Contacted the seller and was shipped a new box rather quickly unfortunately although one issue was resolved with the new box not all issues have been resolved yet. getting ahold of the seller to come up with a solution has been maybe 1 reply a day and now I haven't heard from them in days...will update as things change

      UPDATE!!! I would not buy! Seller couldn't figure out why the canbus features will not work. It would seem as this is a untested product from the seller/ manufacturer. I say this because they said it's better that I return it rather then them shipping me a new unit as they are not sure if the new one will work???At least the were honest about not having confidence in their product...2012 f150 XLT.
